Flower Shipping Information
At Floral Elements we are able to provide delivery of bulk flowers on weekdays for addresses inside the continental US. States outside of the continental US, including Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii, and all Saturday deliveries are subject to additional shipping fees.
Upon delivery, Floral Elements recommends that there be someone available to receive the order. There may be times when someone needs to sign for the order delivery, and items that are not properly received by someone can become subject to being stolen, damaged, or incur other such issues. Floral Elements does not take responsibility for issues that arise once the flowers have been delivered, or for any delays incurred by shipping companies, acts of God, or that result in inspections from agricultural bodies. Please contact us with any questions you may have regarding shipping of your flower order.
Notice Regarding Handling of all Flowers and Shipping Materials
In order to secure floral arrangements we have to use a variety of shipping items, including packaging materials, staples, wooden rods, heavy straps, and more. Some of these items may be sharp or rough, so please exercise caution when opening the floral arrangements. Additionally, some floral arrangements may have sharp thorns or parts that may poke or scratch. Please use the necessary tools to open any floral arrangements by Floral Elements, and exercise caution. Some packaging strips may be under pressure, and there is always a risk when opening the flowers and working with the packaging materials and shipping containers. It is recommended that you use the necessary tools and gloves when opening floral arrangements. Floral Elements is not responsible for any injuries or damaged items that result from opening the packages.
We handle a large volume of flower orders each year. Due to this, we work with many floral farms around the world. As a result, your flower order may come from different shipping carriers. For example, you may receive some of your order from UPS, and other parts of your order from FedEx. This is likely because the flower order is being fulfilled by different farms. Rest assured that we only work with the highest quality flower farms, but we must work with multiple farms in order to meet our order volume. Please see the order tracking info above. If you have boxes from multiple farms you should see the tracking information for each in your account.
Once you receive your flowers it is important that you begin caring for them as soon you can. Please see our guide on how to properly care for your flowers. As mentioned above, we do recommend that someone be there when the order is received. There are times that a signature is required to receive the order. Plus, if nobody is physically there to receive the order then it may be subject damage or theft. Floral Elements is not responsible for any damage or theft that may incur once the flowers have been delivered.
At Floral Elements, our shipping charges for all bulk flower orders are generally $15 per box, whether using UPS, FedEx, or other shipping services. Orders that are going outside of the contiguous US will incur additional fees. There are also additional shipping charges on some flower arrangements that are pre-designed, such as those for Mother’s Day, birthdays, Valentine’s Day, or bonsai trees. There may also be additional shipping charges on floral supplies. You can determine the shipping fee by placing the items you would like into your cart, and continuing through the checkout process. The shipping charges will be calculated, thus providing you with the information before making the decision to go through with the purchase.
Floral Elements makes all deliveries on Tuesday through Friday. We only offer Saturday delivery on a limited basis. We do not recommend a Saturday delivery for weddings, unless there are unique circumstances to consider. We don’t offer a weekend delivery option on the website, so if you feel you must have one, please contact us to discuss and arrange it. There is a $25 surcharge fee for each floral box delivered on a Saturday.
All floral shipments that are going to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged an additional $45 per box.
There is a 40% shipping fee surcharge on all orders going to Canada. This is to cover the costs of the flowers being imported, which includes processing, filing, and additional delivery charges.
Floral arrangements being shipped to Puerto Rico must be made on an individual basis and will need to be approved ahead of time. Please contact us with the details of what you would like to ship and to what address and we will provide you with what the shipping charge will for that order.
You will have the ability to tack your flower order through your account on the website. You should also receive an email regarding shipment, which will usually take place within 24-72 hours before your order is scheduled to be delivered. If you log into your account and do not see the order tracking information check back once the delivery date is closer.
You have spent a lot of time finding the perfect wedding flowers (or flowers for special events and days) and at the best price. - Floral Elements Terms
Please take a look at the following terms. Every bride and customer who works with us is agreeing to our company terms and is accepting them. Our terms serve as a binding contract between Floral Elements and you, so be sure you have read over them and are in agreement to what has been laid out.
We value your privacy and will do everything we can to protect it. In order to fulfill your order we will need some of your private information or personal details. We take measures to help keep that information secure and respect your privacy. For more information regarding how your information may be used, please contact us. Your private information will be used for the purposes of filling your order.
- Service Refusal Rights
Floral Elements retains the right to not work with any party at anytime and for any reason. Service refusal is a right that we retain.
- Order Changes
There may be times that people need to change their flower orders. You do have the opportunity to make such changes, provided we receive the request within 7 days of the first scheduled date of delivery. If we do not receive at least 7 days advance notice regarding changes we may not be able to successfully make the changes. Our floral expectations are set in motion weeks in advance. We also do charge a fee of $10 if there is an address change request. We cannot guarantee that an address change request will be successful; it depends on where the order process is.
Issuing Complaints or Claims
We hope that you are happy with your floral order, but if you are not satisfied please let us know immediately. You can do so by calling us at xxx-999-8888 or sending us an email at email@example.com. If possible, please take a photo of the issue you are putting a claim in about.
Order Cancellations at Floral Elements
If for some reason you must cancel your flower order you will need to do so by providing at least 8 business days notice. The 8 business days must be prior to the date that the first scheduled delivery was to arrive. There are no cancellations accepted within 7 business days of the first date of delivery. There is a 25% surcharge fee applied to all cancelled orders. To cancel an order within the necessary time frame, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org (Email Subject: Cancel Order #), or call us at xxx-999-8888. Whether emailing or calling we will need the order number, and the person asking for the cancellation will need to be the person who placed the order.
Floral Elements stands behind the quality on all of our flowers. In doing so, we do not guarantee free shipping on any returns, and we are not able to guarantee shipping dates and times.
